The 90-day guarantee
Take Lymph CC Select for up to 90 days from the delivery date. If you don't feel a difference, email us and we'll refund what you paid for the product. Empty bottles are fine — there's nothing to ship back and no restocking fee.
How to request a refund
Email info@heykure.com with your order number and a sentence about how you got on. That's the whole process. We don't require a phone call, and we won't put you through a retention script.
Timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. How quickly it appears on your statement depends on your bank.
What is refunded
- The full product price is refunded.
- The original $4.95 shipping charge is non-refundable, as it has already been spent with the carrier.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping — your choice.
Cancellations
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel and refund in full, provided the parcel hasn't shipped.
Exceptions
The guarantee covers one claim per customer or household. It doesn't cover orders bought from unauthorised third-party resellers.
